Services Bathroom Renovation

I was directed to Tyler Cox and his company Elite Home Solutions, LLC, through a Facebook post I made, regarding replacing some window trimming that had been put on less than 3 years ago. We had had two wooden windows replaced due to rot in the trim, despite having the house painted twice since we moved in. We had vinyl windows put in by a general contractor that came highly recommended from a long-established neighbor across the street. The two new windows were installed, and we were happy with the new screened in ability to open the windows for air. The problem was that the “framing” trim was made of wood. It was painted, but we couldn’t see the back side of it, which for the record, wasn't apparently. After noticing the same rot and sponginess in the trim, I put out a post looking for someone that could help. Enter Tyler Cox and Elite Home Solutions. It was just before the 4th of July weekend, with everyone going on vacation, but Mr Cox contacted me after I left a message regarding the details of the effort. We talked, and he said he would replace the wood in question with vinyl parts. What looked to be a simple effort turned into a 2 day affair, not because of Mr Cox’s efforts, but due to how the items were installed previously. Simple trim pieces had been affixed using a variety of nails, and multiple screws that had been deeply recessed and covered with caulk and primer. Like looking for a needle on Fryar Drop Zone with those screws, but he got it done. Mr Cox also endured my constant questions and hovering within arm's reach of each project until they were done. He readily answered all my questions as they came up. Again, this is the head guy doing the work on my home, and not any of his crews. I am sure he could have been doing other things on days that were in the 90s with humidity in the 60% range, but he was there doing the work. So I would recommend Elite Home Solutions for your home improvement needs (I have him on speed dial now), and if you ever had home repair done by a “Big Jason”, you might want to get a follow up look at it. Everyone was absolutely great in this business. Our bathroom looks amazing, but there was an issue with cleanup. We still have concrete in our yard that we are trying to figure out how to move and there was a pile of trash their crew left. The trash blew around the yard and we could never get them back to clean up. Other then that the service was great and our bathroom looks incredible. See more See less

I had an issue with my garage door where it seemed to have a mind of its own. Tyler came out and not only fixed the issue he explained to me what the issue was, why it was happening and things I can watch for and adjust myself if it starts acting up again. Overall - Excellent! To start we got multiple quotes. Tyler wasn’t the most expensive and wasn’t the cheapest. We felt Tyler and his crew brought the most knowledge to the job we had. Upon meeting Tyler we really liked how well he listened and tried to understand what we had imagined. Super easy to talk to, and brought some amazing ideas we hadn’t thought about. The job lasted a little over a month, as the job progressed we asked Tyler if we could change some things up, add, takeaway. He didn’t hesitate to accommodate our needs. Excellent customer service! I was having a problem with my garage door. After recommendations from Facebook, I was lead in the direction of Elite Home Solutions, LLC. I am glad I was. Tyler was extraordinary. He waisted no time in assessing the problem, explaining the issue and scheduling to get me a new operator. Tyler was very professional and kind when he came out. Upon leaving, he explained how to work the new operator and also how to set it up to WI-FI. Tyler also found the time to assist my son with his garage door remote.
